How long can I rent a storage container?
The minimum term is one month and there is no maximum term.
How do I pay for my storage container?
We accept payment via debit or credit card and you will need to pay one month in advance.
What is online check-in?
For security reasons, we require all our customers to go through an online check-in. During this check-in you will be sent an email link where you need to upload 1 x photo ID and 2 x address ID.
What ID do I need to upload during check-in?
You will need photo ID so either a UK Passport or UK Driving Licence as well as two forms of address ID’s. These will need to be utility bills dated within in the last three months.
If you do not have the above ID, then unfortunately, you will not be able to use our storage facility.
When do I need to complete the online check-in?
To make the process as smooth as possible, we ask that all customers complete the online check-in before attending our storage facility to use your container for the first time.
Can I see a storage unit before renting a container?
Yes of course you can, contact the team and we will be able to arrange an appointment for you to view our facilities and storage containers.
When can I access my storage container?
You can access your storage unit between 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week. Access will be via a key fob to the main gate and a padlock to your container which will be supplied by us. Customers are not permitted to use their own padlock.
A refundable deposit will be required for the padlock.
Do I need content insurance?
Just Store It do not provide content insurance and you store your belongings with us at your own risk. If you have home insurance, you can check with your insurers if your insurance covers storage containers.
Can I upsize/downsize my storage container?
Yes as long as we have the container available. Contact the team who will be able to check availability.
Please note, that Just Store It will not move any of your belongings. If you move containers, it is the responsibility of the customers.
How do I update my contact details?
If your contact details need updating, please put this in writing, either via email or in post.
How old do you need to be to rent a storage unit?
Customers must be 18+ years old to rent a storage container.
Is there anything I cannot store in my container?
Yes there are items that are forbidden, please see our Terms and Conditions for the full list.
